[Question #78575]: Kernel panic after upgrade from kernel 2.6.28-13 to 14
New question #78575 on Ubuntu:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/78575
I was working on a 64 bits Ubuntu 9.04 kernel 2.6.28.13-generic system when I updraded the kernel to version 2.6.28.14 After that, the system reboot but it never worked: "[4.112153] Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)"
If I reboot the system with my old kernel 2.6.28.13 Everything seems to work fine... What is the problem with 2.6.28.14-generic kernel?
