[Question #78778]: Broken Package fixed, but still can't install

New question #78778 on Ubuntu:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/78778

I was installing updates and was told I had 2 broken packages. I went into Synaptic Package Manager, used Broken Link search and found the broken links, went to edit and hit Fix Broken packages, which it did successfully. I then went to Apply Marked Changes. It tries to install, then I get the following error: E: /var/cache/apt/archives/libnspr4-dev_4.7.3-0ubuntu2_i386.deb: trying to overwrite `/usr/share/aclocal/nspr.m4', which is also in package kompozer-dev

I then have the same 2 packages again that are broken. I tried several solutions I found, but none work. How can I get this to install?
