Tom proposed the following answer:
It's just saying that it's going to take longer than it thinks you'll be
happy with so it tries to keep you happy by offering you the option of
killing it on the spot.

I'm not sure it can be made to either close faster or chill but i think that you don't have to click either option as the error box will disappear on its own.
