[Question #78901]: its able to ping but not connecting through mozzila

i am new to this os . while i tried  ping it was 10% successfull . but while i browse internet  through mozzila we can continue for a few seconds then the mozzila crashes automatically. but for some sites it was ok. in network manager it was showing an (*) mark with signals below it. when we click it, it was showing that the device is not managed,
so please help me with a solution to this problem.
