This is an example of what a crontab that ran at 2:00 am would look like

25 2    * * *   root    test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts
--report /etc/cron.daily )

   ^^^ change the 6 to a 2.  Now it runs at 2:25
