pankaj yadav is still having a problem:
yes , i can boot up the cd to the menu " Try Ubuntu without changes to
this machine". But after that i am unable to go ahead if i select ubuntu
install or any other option like use without installing.

hard drive space is very less for ubuntu  it is around 10 GB . but it is
not free available memory and i have allotted this memory as a part of
window XP OS . But i am thinking i will format it ( driver with 10 GB
space ) during installation process . But it is not going ahead from
menu option.
