charwhee is still having a problem:
I must have deleted my toolbar because I created a new one and added the
'Go' button to it, however the address bar isn't displayed, there's just
a button with the word Go on it and the rest of the toolbar is empty, so
I understand the solution you provided but my address bar now just says
'Go' and I don't know how to get the 'Show Address Entry' URL part back
onto the toolbar.
