[Bug 1222419] [NEW] Can't install the OS as being offline

Public bug reported:

First of all, I need to say that I hv installed d ubuntukylin Daily OS
after beta1 released. When I attampt to install the OS by virtalbox VM
as being offline, I found there's a step to ask to input my ubuntu one
account, whether I typed the email & passport or I chose to login as a
new one, I can't continue -- it says "there's something wrong". However,
you know if I connect to the Network, it wll automagicly download
somethings that will affect the efficiency of installing.

** Affects: ubuntukylin
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
