Hi smartboyhw, thanks for your comments. The reasons are as following:

Firstly, I think we do not violate the rules, since the build and update
of UbuntuKylin only use the Ubuntu archive as well. Nothing from
archive.ubuntukylin.com is included into the UbuntuKylin ISO.

Secondly, according to the agreement with Canonical, UbuntuKylin is in
charge of providing Chinese local archive for Chinese users.

Thirdly, this UbuntuKylin archive include software could not be uploaded
to Ubuntu archive, such as WPS for UbuntuKylin, which we only got the
permission from Kingsoft Corp. to be freely distributed to UbuntuKylin
personal users.
