It is too vague, what are the details of this agreement, like what can
be uploaded to this archive and who can make the decision what can be
uploaded?

I also found some packages in the archive that may have legal issues, like WineQQ and andyetitmoves.
For Youker-assistant software recommendation, we need to discuss each software individually.
