  系统版本：Ubuntu 14.04，快盘版本：V2.0
  如标题所述，从任务栏进入，“首选项-网络-同步带宽-不限制”，设置无效，勾选“不限制”，点击“应用”，关闭后，“同步带宽”仍旧处在“自定义”状态。
