Click in the KB shortcuts  page, the destop hang. Can move the mouse,
but it is useless after click anywhere. Press any shortcut key, the bug
will disappear

鼠标点击键盘--》快捷键页面，桌面卡住，鼠标点击任何地方都没有用。按住任何快捷键，该问题消失。

Steps:
1.  Enter system settings-->Keyboard-->Shortcuts
2. Click mouse in the page
-->Failed. The desktop hang.
