is there anyway to share several selected forlders instead of just sharing ubuntuone directory?

Thank you for reading my post.
Imagine that I have several directories in different places of my hard disks
which I want to share between different machines (all running same version
of ubuntu)

Is it doable using UbuntuO or it only allows me to share one single folder?
