Hi sbm,

There is a bug open about a 404 error on the contact tab when you don't
have a subscription yet. We'll be getting this fixed right away:

Does the problem go away when you sign up at
https://one.ubuntu.com/plans/ ? If you already have a subscription and
are still seeing the error, please add a comment to that bug report so
we can figure out why you are seeing this.
