Hi Ronald,

We don't yet offer WebDAV, but we'd like to at some point. As for
marking what you want synced on a per-system level, thats a very good
idea and is on our immediate roadmap for the next version of Ubuntu.
Look for discussions/blueprints about this at UDS next month.
