I rather like this idea, but I am not sure that there is one and only
one "user dictionary". I think that there might be a number of them.

I've just established that the word "Ubuntero" is underlined as
misspelled in Evolution, Firefox, and OpenOffice Writer. Adding that
word to the dictionary in Evolution does not add it to the dictionaries
in Firefox or OpenOffice Writer. So syncing the dictionary is hard,
because there isn't only one dictionary to sync, which is rather
annoying. If you can establish where all the dictionaries are, it
wouldn't be too difficult to either explain how to sync them with Ubuntu
One or (better) write a small program which handles that for you (and
then perhaps we could look at bundling that program with Ubuntu One
itself).
