[Bug 1334288] [NEW] [Dell System Vostro 3450, Intel CougarPoint HDMI, Digital Out, HDMI] volume slider problem

I'm using the HDMI sound of my LCD monitor, and the problem is that when
the system returns from a suspended status, the volume is in 100% even
if the volume progress bar indicates that it's in the volume that I left
it before suspend.
