Public bug reported:

The "scripts/tuxcomputers-split-tone.scm" script installs its menu item
into "<Image>/Script-Fu/Color", which is outdated and looks wrong. This
leads to the creation of a new top-level menu.

This issue has also been commented on the GIMP Plugin Registry page:
http://registry.gimp.org/node/10407

The fix is simple, just change the last line from the script to
something else.
