[Bug 1421019] [NEW] Installation fail

Public bug reported:

The installer encounter an error copying files to the hard disk:

[Errno 5] Input/Output error

This is often due to a faulty CD/DVD disk or drive, or a faulty hard disk. It may
help to clean the CD\DVD, burn the D\DVD at a lower speed. to clean the CD/
DVD drive lens (cleaning kits are often available from electronics suppliers, to
check whether the hard disk is old and in need of replacement, or to move the
system to a cooler environment.

1. I'm using a thumb drive and used **LinuxLive USB Creator 2.9.1** to created
2. Using a second downloaded copy of the .iso which included the checksum process.
3. A different disk drive (new out of box).
4. Try the persistence and live mode
5. Disk drives function fine in a Windows environment.
6. Possibly the controller on PC, o even the BIOS needs to be updated, does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help.
