[Bug 1442755] [NEW] headset battery run down quickly

scenario #1: place call using bluetooth headset.
scenario #2: place call using bluetooth headset and launch pavucontrol to adjust volume.
after scenario #1 the headset battery will last well.
after scenario #2 the headset battery will run down quickly if pavucontrol is hidden but not dismissed.
