Title:
Adjust window shoots off the screen when adjustments are made
Status in shotwell package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Status in xfwm4 package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
After upgrading to Precise, whenever I try to adjust a photo using the
"Adjust the photo's color and tone" dialog, whenever I adjust one of
the sliders or the white and black points on the histogram and then
release the mouse button, the dialog window goes shooting to the
lower-right corner of the screen, and if I move my mouse back to the
upper-left, the window moves back into the screen as if I'm dragging
it, but the hand icon representing the pointer is way off to the
upper-left of the dialog window, and I have to push the mouse button
once more to get it to release the adjust photo dialog window. Then I
have to go drag it into a suitable position. If I attempt to make
another adjustment, as soon as I release the mouse button this all
happens again.
This happens both on a new install on my desktop with a USB mouse and
an upgrade on my laptop whether I'm using the trackpad or external USB
mouse. It is not random but happens consistently.
