I tested upstream file but it does not crash anymore.
so I marked this bug as fixed.

  3) I tried starting Yo Frankie!

  4) There was nothing to see, only the hard disk leds are glowing - and
  the crash report window shows up after some time.

  To reproduce:
  Just search for Yo Frankie! via the dash and start it (via mouse / keyboard doesn't make any difference). After the start, within a minute, the crash dialogue will come up.
