[Bug 1635967] [NEW] Inkscape does not start in ubuntu 16.10

Just upgraded to Ubuntu 16.10 with inkscape 0.91-11 installed from
official repositories.

Unfortunately Inkscape fails to start - with the following error message
in Terminal:

error while loading shared libraries: libgtkmm-2.4.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
