Automatic translation imports appear to be failing for Danish.

There are now 500 untranslated strings although the Danish translation
is complete in upstream:

I don't know the extent to which this affects other languages, but many
launchpad packages have trouble importing translations - I have reported
several other problems with this.

I think Ubuntu should entirely disable translations in Launchpad for
packages whose translations are maintained elsewhere.  Better keep it
simple and always ship the translations from upstream.
