Title:
New line cannot be deleted (paragraphs cannot be merged) in tracked
  changes

Status in LyX:
  Confirmed
Status in lyx package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Start new document. Type "one", then press enter, then type "two". Now turn on tracked changes. Delete the newline, ie to merge "one" and "two" into one word.
Now compile the document to PDF.

  Result:
PDF shows the two words on separate lines.

  Expected result:
The newline was deleted in tracked changes, so it should no longer exist.
