  displaycal-py3 fails to launch due to python version mismatch

Status in displaycal-py3 package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  No LSB modules are available.
  Description:    Ubuntu Studio 24.04 LTS
  Release:        24.04

  displaycal:
    Installed: 3.9.11-2

  upon launching displaycal I expected the application to start, however
  an error message appeared
