Secure Boot in Virtualbox, in my experience, is flaky at best.
Furthermore, I don't see any errors in the screenshot. Furthermore, we
do not support running Ubuntu Studio in virtual machines due to the
performance hit for audio production.

Title:
  Installation of 24.04.1 as Guest in Hyper-V vm stalls during first
  Boot

Status in ubuntustudio-meta package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  after installation to a virtual harddisk in Hyper-V, and changing GRUB
  to show the boot log, the boot starts with attached log messages.

  I've deactivated Secure Boot for this VM.
