Network Manager working, dist-upgrade annoys with ubuntu desktop and network pptp

hi mates a notification, ricotz staging ppa now hosts again the up-to-date
network manager.
only 2 problems nowadays:
- installing network-manager-pptp deletes network-manager with result of no
networking
- when installing updates and making a distribution upgrade, it tries to
reinstall ubuntu desktop (and in my case the network-manager-pptp package)
good gnome3 natty ;)
