  Tests timeout during build on emulator

Status in Upstart Application Launcher:

Bug description:
  I'm running into timeouts when trying to build lp:~ted/upstart-app-
  launch/application-start-trace on the emulator.  I've attached the
  standard out and standard error from dpkg-buildpackage
