[Bug 577770] Re: Application indicators don't look clickable
Thanks for the report, Otus. Actually, none of the menus in the menu bar
have hover effects on their titles, and indicator menus are consistent
with that.

Bug description:
Almost everything clickable elsewhere in the system either has a hover
effect, a cursor change or at the very least a descriptive tooltip.
Application indicators have none of these and nothing else immediately
suggests to a new user that they are clickable.
