  no sound level verification on mouse up

Status in Sound Menu:
  New

Bug description:
  I think that there should be a simple sound 'ding' when you release
  the left mouse button after adjusting the voulme level to provide
  feedback through the speakers so the user knows if the volume is too
  quite or too loud or just right.
