This is one of the items that comes up often with the Messaging Menu, so
we felt it was important to address.

On the consistency front, we'd like to use the same "running" metaphor
in other places where the apps show up. For example, in the Applications
menu. There are issues there with the "submenu" triangle, though, so it
warrants further thought.
