Could you do another one keeping the current Nautilus visuals for
selected items? (I.e. just put a background colour on the text, tint the
icon and add the checkbox.)

Putting the "Dismiss All" button at the bottom puts related actions far
enough apart that they could be easily missed:

Although I don't know where else we could put it. Any ideas?
