Basically, what was decided was the sound themes are going to be
selected from community submissions.

There will be a call for submissions soon-ish , but the background work
is being done right now.

And there is also

 which contains a sound theme and was discussed here. Read comment #13.
Kenneth wrote that during the session.  ;)
