Message #03809
preferred applications
Hello list,
after going through a lot of old problems, i find the GNOME window
"Preferred Applications" to be of special importance..
Somehow, everything seems to be revolving around this one window and the
true significance behind it.
Having a choice is all Linux is about, the Freedom to choose between
applications of your preference.
Consistency is not a problem or a constraint, it is a common goal that we
all share, we all want things to be simple and easy in the end.
If this window can evolve, then i see the desktop as such evolving.
Any ideas on how to remodel "Preferred Applications" in a fashion that would
give it sense in combination with Ayatana Indicator Menus?
