Preferred Applications¹ is a tabbed GNOME settings dialog that needs some
love, honestly.
A Wizard is probably too much, but the current implementation is that there
is a category called "internet", which is useless if you ask me..
Useful would be something Use Case oriented, such as "VoIP" or "Messaging"
or "Communications" for example. It is human-readable and describes a group
of things that belong together.
Will Natty be a reasonable target release for this to work?
