Hi folks

I'm forwarding this mockup from Evan to the Ayatana list, where I think
it is best discussed.

It's a proposed solution to the problem of having maximised window
decorations on the menu bar as well as on a focused window.

My take on the proposal is that it's now moot: the menu bar (panel)
would not show window decorations for a window in the background, it
shows the app name for the focused window. And if no window has the
focus then the panel would be empty. So the problem that this proposal
aims to solve, which was a glitch in the first implementation of
window-decorations-in-panel, is now fixed by the implementation of the
feature as designed. There are still some rough edges, but Natty now
reflects much more closely the intended behaviour.
