Hey friends,

Are we actually sticking with transparency on a white wall between the
window and it's modal dialog? Since the setting shows up in ccsm, I
guess it has been approved by the design team. IMO, it looks really
ugly especially on apps with dark colour.

Why don't we go with blur instead?
