Infact if you read my message:

My idea is to offer a service like a web site (or a section in the Ubuntu
Software Center) where a user can easly install lenses for Unity.

Ubuntu has USC, but he hasn't the possibility to do this easly like the new
Gnome site for Gnome-Shell. At now we have to add PPA etc.
