There should be lens for viewing notifications, a place where notifications
are put in the stack to be viewed. With the categories filter like system
status, app status. After June 8th , i would try to write notification lens.

Can we suggest the ways to invoking this lens other than through dash
button. For example, in mobile, hold on the notification bar would display
the notification lens. the actions should be ubiquitous for all devices and
form.
