According to the above link, "the package name should be a link that
navigates to the software item screen for the package." Since that
doesn't currently happen, please file a bug against software-center,
requesting that feature be implemented or the wiki page specification
be updated to not say that should happen.

The Software Center already includes the "Developer Web Site" link.
