Oh, I think you mean my mention of OS/2's conditional cascade menus. I
should have been more explicit about the indicator of the default
action. The indicator was different from the radio indicator because
it's different function being served. As I recall it was a black
circle for radio menu items and a black diamond for default menu
items. There may have been a way to change the default from the menu,
but it would have required some extra like Ctrl+Activate on the
desired default.
