I would like to add a small addition to your mock-up, a toggle button to
disable/enable Internet search like we have for the privacy options right
now in the lower right corner. Switching the button to 'off' would turn all
lenses and scops gray that require an Internet connection.

This way a user could easily make sure that only local stuff is searched,
without the need to uncheck all check boxes separately.
