Try using the "Lower window" hotkey found in CompizConfig Settings Manager ->
General Options -> Key bindings.

I don't think it's bound to anything by default, but I've bound it to
Alt+Shift+Button1 (left click), and found it very useful for controlling the
window stacking order.

Thank you for the reply, but I do not think that is the solution at least for me, first since 11.04 I decided to never install compiz, and to add on top of this I do not want to use key bored to navigate through windows.
