Possibly a newb moment again, but My meeting shows up in 
Meetings created by Scarlett Clark
Kubuntu Plasma5 Preview	Status: Approved

But when I go to schedule meeting ,it is not listed on the sidebar with 
Unscheduled meetings. How am I suppose to schedule this meeting. Create new 
schedule does not look like the route I am suppose to take as most of my team 
is not listed there.
