Jose is quite right here. Is there anyone else from startubuntu or 
ubuntu gnome who could run these sessions? I think picking one timeslot 
on one day that is doable for you and having 1 or 2 sessions (back to 
back) makes the most sense. Perhaps Saturday morning and a session or 2? 
I would drop the others or find someone else to do it as mentioned. You 
can always watch the sessions later and follow-up with folks. And don't 
worry, the folks in New Zealand have the same trouble. No one expects 
you to be awake in the middle of the night, nor do we want you to be! 
Per the old UDS motto, remember to eat your vegetables and get some sleep!
