According to <http://ulf.epplejasper.de/EmacsVM.html>, Ulf has passed
maintainership to Robert, who has included the file in the 8.0.12
distribution.

So far, the file in VM is identical with Ulf's last release 2.10.

We should figure out if we consider it part of VM or not. If not, then
VM shouldn't install the file (and my corresponding commit should be
reverted.)

In any case, maintainership for u-vm-color is now with us.

Better move them to a "contrib" subdirectory.
