First of all, thank you for your work to establish a meaningful weather
applet for Ubuntu.

There are a number of issues with this weather applet:

1.  The drop-down menu is very pale and becomes almost invisible if the Ambiance theme is used.
2.  Australia has always been badly served for "Locations" and it would be great to have a "location editing function" incorporated in the weather applet.  (I currently have the gnome panel weather applet customised by additions to the Locations.xml file)
3.  The forecast for the top temperature for Williamtown, NSW, Australia for Monday 17.1.2011 is shown as 28°C when it should give a range of 32-36°C.  Similar disparities in temperatures exist for the following few days.  Current temperature is correct.
4.  The kelvin scale is a measure for extreme temperatures and does not apply to any geographical location on earth.  It may be useful if you were travelling to Jupiter or Mars and wanted to check on the weather there.

The ease of being able to check temperatures at different locations is a
definite plus.
