Was googling for the Google weather API, and it's possible to obtain
localized weather data (localized weather condition names, unit system)
by adding hl=<localtion> parameter to the query. An example:

http://www.google.com/ig/api?weather=Berlin&hl=de

Returns localized weather information for Berlin (Germany), with the
local unit system (SI).
