Re: [Merge] lp:~widelands-dev/widelands/seafaring-ai into lp:widelands
I have added some diff comments. I find the for loops with the iterators hard to read, so I got stuck there at some point - if you change these to range-based loops (example below), I will have another go at this.

Maybe we should have a Map here for allships instead of a list. You could then retrieve the ship with ship.serial() and do away with the iteration. I expect we could gain some efficiency if we did that with all the Observers.

We originally get gametime from SDL, which gives us a uint32_t. Gametime types are a mess in the codebase, but try to use uint32_t when defining new stuff.
